Thumbtack engaged Sequence to produce Thumbtack Connect, a series of employee engagement events, as part of their Future of Work initiative. The four multi-day employee engagement program aimed to build rapport and generate excitement through custom-curated, company-wide experiences. 

The employee engagement events brought together 400 Thumbtack employees at two different locations in California.  Team SEQ designed unique social opportunities, team-building activities and branded visuals including an interactive photo backdrop collage that participants filled with Polaroids throughout their events. 

Thumbtack Connect not only gave Thumbtack employees an opportunity to connect with their team members and foster new relationships but also some much needed time to unwind.
