Adam Sloyer
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO and founder of Sequence, Adam leads Team SEQ to deliver big agency results with boutique-style customer service. Since its launch in 2011, Sequence has quickly risen to the forefront of its field, collaborating with global brands to communicate their messages through the power of live events. The company has been recognized with a multitude of awards, and has produced events in over 40 cities, across ten countries, on four continents. A leader among his peers, Adam has been recognized as a ‘Must Know Event Pro of 2020’ by BizBash, and has guest lectured on events for Cornell University and the Event Leadership Institute. He’s served as President of the International Live Events Agency’s New York Chapter and is also a graduate of Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Businesses. Adam founded Sequence after a distinguished turn at Global Events where he ascended to Chief Executive Officer of North America in just three short years and led the firm to win more than 20 industry awards. Adam graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.

Lizz Torgovnick
Chief Creative Officer
Lizz approaches life as she approaches every challenge, as an opportunity to be awesome – and she delivers on this Sequence core value every time. As Chief Creative Officer and founder, Lizz brings her deep passion for creativity and hospitality to Team SEQ. Multi-talented with an aesthetic eye, you’ll find Lizz ensuring flawless execution, beauty and unparalleled customer service at every turn. Whether gracing the cover of Meetings & Conventions Magazine or speaking on the finer points of “Creating a Run of Show” for the Event Leadership Institute, Lizz is often called on to share her perspective and wisdom delivered directly with a dose of fierce wit and signature sarcasm. As a young leader in the industry, Lizz rapidly rose through the ranks at international events agency Global Events before moving on to develop her own brand of big-meets-boutique agency by founding Sequence. Lizz has dazzled countless clients, including Spotify, PopSugar, Ogilvy, The Toy Association, Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy, USA TODAY Sports, and The Wharton School. Lizz resides in Sunnyside, Queens with her awesome husband Pat, daughters Rosie and Parker, and Queen of the Red Eared Sliders Igor (the turtle).

Dana Lowenfish
Chief Experience Officer
Dana builds relationships and events that exceed expectations every day. It’s the Sequence core value known as E^3, and Dana is the real deal. With over 15 years of experience in the events industry, Dana has hand-selected the best of the best in vendors and venues to set the stage for award-winning events. From fundraising galas and awards shows to sales and investor meetings, Dana brings her passion for event planning to every project she owns. Known for creating unique and unforgettable events, Dana made her mark at Global Events before striking out on her own to found Sequence. Dana has produced galas and awards shows for a wide variety of clients, including Foot Locker, Two Ten Footwear Foundation, and the Toy Industry Association. Her talent for thinking and executing “big” has served her well in creating product launches, movie premieres, and activations for big brands including Snapple Beverage Group, LEGO, LinkedIn, and the NY JETS.

Erin, czar of systems, and team spirit. A future stage mom to her twins and someone who can awkwardly work food into any conversation.
Michelle Cast
Director of Technical Production
Michelle, master of technical processes and key players, who can also draft the perfect meme in under 30 seconds. Lover of all things caffeinated and Broadway related while aiming to leave a little sparkle wherever she goes!

Mirella, passionate with a strong eye for detail. She believes in the power of collaborating with good people to get the best results.

Lauren Layton Smith
Director, New Business and Strategy
Lauren brings 15+ years of event industry experience to SEQ. She loves bringing client's visions to life in ways they never thought possible. Residing on the West Coast, she can be found taking morning walks with her dog, two young boys and husband before grabbing a latte to start her to-do list.
Jen Fleischer
Senior Producer
Jen, maker of lists with keen attention to detail doesn't leave any stone unturned. Resident dog lover and mom to unofficial SEQ mascot, Lou.
Erin Phillips
Senior Producer
Erin, or EP as we call her around here, is a seasoned events producer who is excited by project timelines and bringing immersive experiences to life. Virginian turned New Yorker & Marathoner, she can be found most weekends at art galleries.
Lindsey Smith
Senior Producer
Lindsey is a connoisseur of creative solutions, with extensive experience bringing unique and impactful events to life. She is a lifelong ballerina and she is happiest when she's gardening, thrifting, or hiking with her dog, Dante.
Aakia Stoops
Event Producer
Aakia is an instrumental part of the events team. She brings 14 years of event industry experience to Sequence and always balances positivity with realism. Aakia, a Jersey girl at heart, can be found living it up with a cup of green tea in her home of Brooklyn, NY.
Ally Earnley
Event Producer
Ally brings 10+ years of event experience to Team SEQ. Lover of all things logistics, process and budgets (the more complex the better). When not working she can be found with her two crazy pups, cooking and enjoying a cold glass of rose.
Serge Alexandro
Designer
Serge is a specialist in Graphic Design. Follows intuition when making each design, unique and different. Always smiling and ready to start a new adventure.
Danielle Campbell
Creative Production Manager
Danielle comes to SEQ with over a decade of theatrical and event production. She has a passion for taking big ideas and making them a reality. When she's not reimagining a ROS or designing unique experiences, you can find her with a glass of champagne planning where she'll travel to next.
Julienne Bilker
Technical Production Manager
Julienne brings 16+ years of theater, TV, and event production experience to the SEQ team. She is a creative problem solver with an unflappable demeanor and an ice cream obsession. Julienne is also a singer, writer, globetrotter, mental health advocate, and cat mom to Andromeda.
Elaine Tripoulas
Creative Manager
Elaine got her start as an interior designer for a luxury retail brand and commercial architecture firm before making the switch to events. She blends her passion for creative strategy with a hands-on design background. In her free time, you can find her dancing or teaching spin classes.

Cynthia, Queen of customer service with a passion for planning. Lover of all things pumpkin, avid YouTube binger, and social butterfly. Always aiming to put a smile on your face :)

Justice Longshore
Associate Producer
Justice brings a versatile background in event production, theater, and the music industry to SEQ. When not bringing events to life, you'll find her cheering on her favorite F1 drivers during Grand Prix weekends, going to concerts, or volunteering throughout the city.
Brittany Carroll
Associate Producer
Brittany brings a wealth of knowledge in non-profit programs and events to SEQ. She has a keen eye for detail and stays cool under pressure. When not planning events, Brittany can be found exploring mountain towns or shopping at local farmer’s markets.
Stef Gaertner
Associate People and Ops Manager
Stef always strives to cultivate a human-first workplace filled with laughter, adaptability, and empathy. With experience in event planning, musical theater, and HR, she is eager to grow her expertise in recruiting and operations within the events world.
Lily Waldron
Event Coordinator
Lily is key in assisting with client relations and coordination. She can't resist when it comes to: vintage clothes, Veuve Clicquot, or sea salt dark chocolate.
Vanessa Ramon
Technical Production Coordinator
Vanessa, coordinator of all things technical production and behind-the-scenes magic. You can find her on the bright side of any situation with a smile and a donut. Avid runner, reader, and ray of sunshine.
Lindsey Gradwohl
Technical Production Coordinator
Lindsey brings over a decade of experience as a stage and production manager to Team SEQ. A T-Prod wizard with a calming center and a sprinkle of pixie dust, she is ready to tackle any challenge. Lindsey is also an ardent bookworm, traveler, and singer.
Hannah-Drew Trachy
Financial Operations Manager
Hannah-Drew is an experienced analyst with a penchant for problem solving. When they aren't designing spreadsheets (both for work and personal use), they can be found playing DnD and catering to their cat's every whim.
Natasha Chaparro
Office Manager
Natasha brings a diverse set of skills and experiences to Team SEQ with a background in Sociology and Black Studies as well as experience in Operations. She is a key component in keeping all our systems and processes running smoothly. When she isn’t exploring new places, you can find her cooking up a storm.
Janet Turner
Event and Operations Assistant
Janet, assists with operations across all departments, making sure the ship runs smoothly. Dog lover, baker of a mean brownie, and avid beachside reader.
Bailey Nielson
Event Assistant
Bailey's undeniable passion for events and organization led her to Team SEQ and NYC. When she isn't planning events you can probably find her baking cookies or out on a run.
Lana Canton
Technical Production Assistant
Lana is a vital member of the Sequence operation, assisting with all things TProd. When Lana isn’t dazzling the technical world, you can find her singing and dancing (to songs from Broadway, of course) or binge-watching her favorite sitcoms!
Mia McFeeley
Event Assistant
Mia brings a plethora of experience in large scale events such as weddings, sporting events, and galas to the SEQ Team. A native New Yorker, Mia infuses her effervescence into every game night, Broadway outing, or just chilling in her pink slippers with a thin slice of pizza.
Sydney Feiss
Event Assistant
Born in Chicago, raised in Fort Lauderdale, Sydney moved to New York City in 2019 to start her career in the events industry. She has a plethora of experience in the corporate conferences and hospitality realm. When she isn’t exploring the city, you can find her watching reality tv with a bowl of popcorn.

Lucia, lover of planning and challenges. She believes in the magic of creating experiences and cherishing memories. An avid traveler who also values spending time with friends and family.

Alissa is a creative and innovative thinker who assists in creating unforgettable experiences. When she is not creating mood boards or sourcing decor, she’s lounging with her cat, Chica. Either way, matcha is always in hand.
