Adam Sloyer
Chief Executive Officer
Under Adam’s leadership and guidance, Sequence has risen to the forefront of its field, collaborating with leading brands and establishing itself as one of the preeminent global event production companies. Since its inception in 2011, the company has been recognized with a multitude of awards, and has produced events in 100 cities, across 12 countries, on four continents. A leader among his peers, Adam has guest lectured on events for Cornell University, the Event Leadership Institute, and others. He has been recognized as a ‘Industry Innovator’ by BizBash, served as President of the International Live Events Agency’s New York Chapter, and is also a graduate of Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Businesses. Adam is a frequent contributor to a wide range of industry publications, including BizBash, Smart Meetings, Successful Meetings, and Meetings & Conventions, to name a few. Adam graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. He resides in Westchester, NY, with his family and their dog, Pickles.
Lizz Torgovnick
Chief Creative Officer
Lizz approaches life as she approaches every challenge, as an opportunity to be awesome – and she delivers on this Sequence core value every time. As Chief Creative Officer and Co-founder, Lizz brings her deep passion for creativity, strategy and hospitality to Team SEQ. Multi-talented with an aesthetic eye, you’ll find Lizz ensuring brand-based strategy, creative conceptual development, flawless execution and unparalleled customer service at every turn. Lizz is often called on to share her perspective and wisdom delivered directly with a dose of fierce wit and signature sarcasm. As a leader in the industry, Lizz rapidly rose through the ranks at international events agency Global Events before moving on to develop her own brand of big-meets-boutique agency by founding Sequence. Lizz has dazzled countless clients including LEGO, PopSugar, Spotify, Thumbtack, Danone, and The Wharton School.
Dana Lowenfish
Chief Experience Officer
Dana builds relationships and events that exceed expectations every day. It’s the Sequence core value known as E^3, and Dana is the real deal. With over 24 years of experience in the events industry, Dana has hand-selected the best of the best in vendors and venues to set the stage for award-winning events. From fundraising galas and awards shows to sales and investor meetings, Dana brings her passion for event planning to every project she owns. Known for creating unique and unforgettable events, Dana made her mark at Global Events before striking out on her own to found Sequence. Dana has produced galas and awards shows for a wide variety of clients, including Foot Locker, Two Ten Footwear Foundation, and the Toy Industry Association. Her talent for thinking and executing “big” has served her well in creating product launches, movie premieres, and activations for big brands including Snapple Beverage Group, LEGO, LinkedIn, and the NY JETS.
Erin Rynn
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Erin believes that behind every Sequence event is a well-qualified and dedicated employee committed to project success and client satisfaction! Erin’s passion stems from the practice of hiring a diverse and skilled staff under which unique collaborative tools are applied, making these teams more innovative year after year. Erin began her career at Sequence as a Senior Producer and often brings those early skills to life when putting together Sequence’s project teams. Prior to joining Sequence she began her professional career with the NFL Players Association in Washington, D.C. During her eight-year tenure, she developed and managed major on and off - field events, and assisted NFLPA management in broader logistics areas such as contract negotiations and other organizational efforts Erin earned her B.A. in Journalism from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and her Masters degree in Public Communication from American University in Washington, DC. Though she remains a proud native of Pittsburgh, Erin has found happiness as a New York transplant with her fantastic husband, Joe and amazing twins, Arlo & Fiona. Similar to her work ethos, she believes that behind every gourmet dining experience lies an innovative cook who incorporates love and passion into each recipe. As a result, when she’s not organizing family karaoke sessions, she can be found baking scones or trying out the newest restaurant in town!

Jen Fleischer
Executive Producer
Jen, maker of lists with keen attention to detail doesn't leave any stone unturned. Resident dog lover and mom to unofficial SEQ mascot, Lou.
Ally Earnley
Senior Event Producer
Ally brings 10+ years of event experience to Team SEQ. Lover of all things logistics, process and budgets (the more complex the better). When not working she can be found with her two crazy pups, cooking and enjoying a cold glass of rose.
Aakia Stoops
Event Producer
Aakia is an instrumental part of the events team. She brings 14 years of event industry experience to Sequence and always balances positivity with realism. Aakia, a Jersey girl at heart, can be found living it up with a cup of green tea in her home of Brooklyn, NY.
Julienne Bilker
Senior Production Manager
Julienne brings 16+ years of theater, TV, and event production experience to the SEQ team. She is a creative problem solver with an unflappable demeanor and an ice cream obsession. Julienne is also a singer, writer, globetrotter, mental health advocate, and cat mom to Andromeda.
Lindsey Gradwohl (LMG)
Production Manager
Lindsey brings over a decade of experience as a stage and production manager to Team SEQ. A T-Prod wizard with a calming center and a sprinkle of pixie dust, she is ready to tackle any challenge. Lindsey is also an ardent bookworm, traveler, and singer.
Megan Montesion
Event Producer
Megan, versatile facilitator of event logistics, whose energetic spirit "makes it happen". Ready to chat all things reality tv.
Lily Waldron
Associate Producer
Lily is key in assisting with client relations and coordination. She can't resist when it comes to: vintage clothes, Veuve Clicquot, or sea salt dark chocolate.
Bailey Nielson
Associate Producer
Bailey's undeniable passion for events and organization led her to Team SEQ and NYC. When she isn't planning events you can probably find her baking cookies or out on a run.
Lana Canton
Production Coordinator
Lana is a vital member of the Sequence operation, assisting with all things TProd. When Lana isn’t dazzling the technical world, you can find her singing and dancing (to songs from Broadway, of course) or binge-watching her favorite sitcoms!
Alissa Bolbat
Creative Coordinator
Alissa is a creative and innovative thinker who assists in creating unforgettable experiences. When she is not creating mood boards or sourcing decor, she’s lounging with her cat, Chica. Either way, matcha is always in hand.
Jackie Sutter
Event Coordinator
Jackie is a detail-oriented lover of events, as well as a problem solver by nature. She is equipped to tackle any challenge with her can-do attitude and a smile! In her downtime, you can find her catching dinner with friends or planning her next trip.

Mirella, with more than 10 years working at Sequence, has a passion with a strong eye for detail. She believes in the power of collaborating with good people to get the best results.

Sydney brings efficiency, passion and enthusiasm to her events at Team SEQ. When not in planning mode, she can be found at SoulCycle or trying new restaurants with friends!
