Our Connection Story

What started with just three people and a handful of clients nine years ago has grown into a thriving, award-winning team of more than 25 event professionals who will produce 70 live, hybrid and virtual events around the world this year alone. Recognized as both a “Great Place to Work” and a “Top 50 Events Agency” for four consecutive years, our values are clear. We’ve built more than an agency; we’ve created a culture where creativity and excellence in execution flourish, where solid relationships and clear communications are the cornerstones of all that we do, and where clients become partners, and team members are family.

Our Founders

Adam Sloyer

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO and founder of Sequence, Adam leads Team SEQ to deliver big agency results with boutique-style customer service. Since its launch in 2011, Sequence has quickly risen to the forefront of its field, collaborating with global brands to communicate their messages through the power of live events. The company has been recognized with a multitude of awards, and has produced events in over 25 cities, across ten countries, on four continents. A leader among his peers, Adam has been recognized as a ‘Must Know Event Pro of 2020’ by BizBash, and has guest lectured on events for Cornell University and the Event Leadership Institute. He’s served as President of the International Live Events Agency’s New York Chapter and is also a graduate of Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Businesses. Adam founded Sequence after a distinguished turn at Global Events where he ascended to Chief Executive Officer of North America in just three short years and led the firm to win more than 20 industry awards. Adam graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
