TikTok engaged Sequence for their fully immersive Virtual Creator Meetups. The three-day virtual meetups for top Creators on TikTok facilitated new connections within the creator community, fostered allegiance to the platform, and ultimately led to great content from the Creators.
The three-day event was entirely live and emphasized breakouts for authentic Creator connection. Team SEQ created and brought the “Getaway” theme to life, maintaining authenticity of the brand with a laidback, chill vibe and photo-real aesthetic. We created a custom map-based navigation system for the platform. Our graphics team designed the event logo, all attendee comms and materials, and the unique merch boxes sent directly to the Creators participating. We customized unique games based on TikTok trends, for example, “Two Truths & A Lie” and a TikTok twist on Pictionary. We assembled a full team of professional Stage Managers as our “Getaway Guides” to lead the games seamlessly and manage controls while maintaining community guidelines. Sequence oversaw the ROS and scheduling, as well as all video production, and a multi-layered real-time comms plan. The cherry on top was the branded photo booth with shareable opportunities, perfect for TikTok content Creators!
