Sheseido, the Japanese multinational cosmetics company, recognized its 150th anniversary with celebrations around the globe. The celebratory tour concluded in New York City, where the iconic brand needed a seminal experience to close out the year and tapped Sequence to help bring it to life!
The New York event was hosted at the renowned Rainbow Room at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, bringing together Shiseido’s Americas team and global executives for the first time since the pandemic. Over 500 guests enjoyed the milestone event with no shortage of ‘wow’ moments. An electric violinist was set center stage, and multiple photo booth activations ensured there were plenty of lasting memories. A nod to the brand’s history was evoked through Japanese influences, including a Haikuist and Japanese calligraphers to create custom pieces for guests! The evening concluded with an inspirational message from the cosmetic legend’s Global and Regional CEO’s, and a custom cake celebration fitting only for a 150-year birthday. Guests enjoyed the curated experience and danced the night away above the New York Skyline! Cheers to an unforgettable evening and 150 years of success!
