This internally-facing virtual event was held over the course of six days, throughout three total weeks kicking off the fiscal year. The event included four main elements: Teaser Tuesday, LKO (Leadership Kick-Off), CKO (Company Kick-Off), and SKO (Sales Kick-Off), all geared toward building community and growth for the PagerDuty team. This was PagerDuty’s first time holding all four events under one umbrella.
Sequence’s design team created the design and unique deck templates, platform graphics, lower thirds, bumpers, and video backgrounds. We also storyboarded and fully produced the opening hype video.
The event was a mix of live and pre-recorded speakers and segments. We sent many of the international speakers customized kits including laptops, webcams, microphones, & ring lights to enhance their setups at home. The six live speakers were brought into our virtual green room, and we live-cued all speakers to provide support.
Over 300 Dutonians attended the Teaser Tuesday alone (which launched the series of events), and over 800 viewers attended in total, with attendees located in seven different time zones around the globe.
