We worked with the G9 team to figure out how to incorporate man’s best friend into unique segments to give dogs their best day ever. We oversaw the ROS, how to cue from one shot to another, and the best places to film. We figured out the best way to film dogs which you can’t truly control and know what they’re going to do 100% – it took a lot of deep level thinking, suggestions and backup planning. I generally like to say that if you have a backup plan, you won’t need it – so we had backup plans for backup plans. That was the key to being successful.
