CB Insights’ Future of Fintech is the must-attend financial technology conference connecting buyers and sellers for education, networking, industry trends and more. This year’s multi-day event took place in NYC, where over 500 guests attended the in-person experience and more than 300 participated virtually. The event featured 25+ speakers and 25+ sponsors and was hosted at the recently launched Glasshouse, a modern and expansive space with breathtaking views on the west side of Manhattan.
Sequence oversaw design and production of the 2-day conference, focusing on ’surprise & delight’ moments in a Covid-safe environment. The swag and amenities store incorporated impactful branding and custom-printed unique swag offerings including a bluetooth water bottle and a laptop ring light. Staff wheeled swag and amenity carts to guests with offerings like individually wrapped masks, hand sanitizer and mints, infusing hospitality and a safe, personal touch. The registration moment was designed for a contactless experience but still offered plenty of sponsor branding opportunities, with all registration kiosks decked in fully-wrapped branding. Other event elements included a coffee bar with custom mugs and latte art, a mimosa bar with a variety of juices, expanded networking lounges and dedicated 1:1 meeting spaces.
Sequence also managed all technical production elements of the event, from the in-person experience with multiple stages to the virtual stream for remote attendees. The conference had a packed schedule of technical demonstrations, keynote speakers, and breakout meetings that were seamlessly executed by our robust technical team.
