Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy

A week-long load-in within one of The City’s most utilized parks, every aspect of the Brooklyn Black Tie Ball is painstakingly well thought out by the Sequence logistics team. Working hand in hand with The Conservancy and The Park Management team to bring the evening to life takes incredible collaboration, forethought and attention to detail. Bringing the visual thread from the event graphics through the tablescape, and all coming back to focus on The Park is key.

In 2021, the Sequence team quickly shifted the event plan after a last minute change in location, building a venue in three days all while handling supply and staff shortages due to COVID. This coupled with managing a ROS packed with VIP guests — some confirming very last-minute — as well as coordinating all the moving parts of the off premise event make this one of Team SEQ’s favorite and most challenging projects every year.

The Goal of Brooklyn Black Tie Ball is to raise a significant amount of the funds needed to keep this invaluable programming growing and serving more of the community everyday. We look forward to continuing to help the nonprofit meet and exceed their goals through this incredible event every year!
