Business Development Assistant (Part Time)

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of pitches, proposals, and presentations to engage prospective clients.
- Act as a liaison with leads and prospects, ensuring a professional and strategic brand presence.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align messaging and strategy.
- Assist in qualifying new business opportunities, including inbound leads and RFPs.
- Conduct prospect research to optimize outreach and personalize business development strategies.
- Analyze market trends and industry insights to enhance Sequence’s positioning.
- Maintain and manage HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate contact, deal, and pipeline tracking.
- Support the sales team with meeting prep, client research, and sales deck development.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, tracking outreach, and managing follow-ups.
- Help coordinate and execute strategic business development initiatives and event outreach.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or a related field (events, marketing, or creative industries preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in time management.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for research, insights, and industry trends.
