  • Work alongside our Creative Team (Creative Manager, Chief Creative Officer, etc.) on internally- and externally-facing creative projects of all types
  • Positive can-do attitude, with no task too big or too small
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously at various stages
  • Bring a detail-oriented eye and the highest standard to all of your work
  • Incredibly resourceful – always looking for and cultivating new vendors & partners
  • Hone clear & succinct visual communications skills to demonstrate in all presentations
Areas of Focus

  • Graphics and collateral design management & modeling how to work with designers
  • Strong skills related to designing and utilizing physical space, installation, rigging & ability to transform a space to suit the event strategy, brand & clients’ goals
  • Clear understanding for the role of brand guidelines and how to organically brand an event
  • Participating in the Sequence discovery process and how we assess and address client’s event goals & KPIs through creative solutions
  • Participating in the development of creative event concepts with a client’s strategic goals in mind
  • Attention to industry trends such as events, fashion, art, design, technology and more
Proposals & Brainstorming

  • Participating in team brainstorms
  • Work with Creative Assistant on design briefs for teams participating in group brainstorms
  • Manage aspects of the creative proposal process for large-scale potential clients, or entire proposals for small & mid-size RFPs: content gathering & development, implementation of custom design template, deck assembly and ensuring delivery by deadline
Event Concepting

  • Oversee creation of conceptual mood boards & presentations with an eye to style & accuracy
  • Perform research & provide oversight related to creative & design elements, venues, vendors, etc.
  • Cultivate and manage resources for mock-ups, renderings & other visual communications to client (to HubSpot)
  • Cultivate and manage resources for creative installations & fabrication, rentals & other décor elements (to Hubspot)
Event Design & Execution: Projects, Process & Procedure

  • Integrate with the Event and Technical Production teams (as a part of the Creative Department) on creative projects or creative aspects of larger projects to ensure those aspects are fully owned and executed according to approved creative direction from inception through to fruition
  • Provide creative insights into production elements such as, venue layout, signage plan, swag, and programming when required
  • Report back to Creative Department leadership about project status, wins, pain points, and areas in progress for active projects
  • Assist in creative & design-related project scopes & time estimates for client contracts are detailed and accurate (eye to rounds, services, timeframe, etc.)
  • Manage building creative sections of project timelines in Monday.com
  • Recording time accurately via Monday.com for all projects and job functions
  • Manage the event design budgetary process, including vendor payments & EPSs
  • Create and update internal and external creative production templates including but not limited to timelines, trackers, event design plans, and budgets

  • Liaise with SEQ Marketing re: creative event coverage & award submission opportunities

  • 3-5 years experience in creative event production, brand identity and / or experiential activations
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry
  • A creative and strategic brain for what is unique and could wow an audience
  • Storytelling skills with the ability to think conceptually on a vision or set of KPI’s
  • A team spirit with an ability to collaborate
  • A fervent curiosity and unyielding passion for the work!
