About the Position:

This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to be a part of the sales department within a successful and growing agency. You will be supporting the sales and business development initiatives of Sequence as it relates to our pitches, proposals and new business ventures.


  • Assistance in creating solicitation and pitch decks
  • Contributing to proposals by way of content, images and organization
  • Researching prospective clients we are meeting with and prepping for discussions
  • Managing spreadsheets and databases to keep the department, and our sales pipeline, organized
  • Joining pitches and contributing to internal and external discussions
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of our scope language
  • Reviewing proposals and scopes for accuracy and consistency
  • Assisting with other relevant sales & marketing activities such as building, facilitating & sourcing of promotional materials and emails
  • Other administrative tasks as necessary

About You:

  • Organized, motivated and proactive to anticipate the needs of the department
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Strong & confident communication skills – both written and oral
  • Savviness in navigating Linkedin and Google searches
  • Graphic design experience (Indesign, photoshop) a plus
  • An interest in leading pitches / growing public speaking skills
  • Creative and tactical problem-solver and a self-starter
  • Comfortable working in a team environment, both taking and giving direction
  • Ability to successfully multi-task, and take full ownership of assigned projects
  • Positive can-do attitude, with no task too big or too small
  • Incredibly resourceful, aware of industry trends
  • Familiarity with Hubspot a plus!
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of sales or business experience (event agency experience a plus)
